I joined a new group recently on ravelry and took part in their September CAL, which is still going on, so you can join too! We made an owl basket for the CAL. The pattern is from Bowtykes who has quite a few cute patterns, make sure you go check them out!
Anyway, I like how my owl turned out. It has a nice Halloween feel to it, I love that! I'll probably have to stuff some candy in it soon. I used all Loops & Threads Impeccable solids in true gray, bronze, grass and black.
If I ever make another for myself, it's definitely going to be one this size that Amanda made, I love the mini-ness!
Have a lovely weekend!
Looooove your basket, it is so sweet!
ReplyDeleteYes! This will be very cute full of Halloween candy. Going to check out the pattern.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! My mum has a similar thing that is a santa head that she puts lollies in at Christmas. It's not crocheted though.
