nana squares...

nana squares

I've started yet another baby yarn stash buster blanket, this time I'm making nana squares, a pattern from The Royal Sisters. These squares are super cute and fast to make! This Kaleidoscope blanket is what inspired me to start this one. Mine won't be as bright, I don't have many bright colors in my bag of baby yarn.

Since I've pretty much stuffed my hexi-puffs in the back of my closet, I've decided I'm going to use this as my new One a Day project. I'll be making ten of these nana squares a day, they really are that fast to make. This blanket shouldn't take me too long to finish!

The first baby yarn stash buster blanket I started is so close to being finished, it's all assembled but there's a lot of ends to weave in still, that's why I haven't shared it yet. I pick it up every couple weeks and sew a bit, it will get finished eventually! It will. I really love how it turned out, so I really can't wait to finally share it!

  2. They look super cute. And fun to make since they're so quick although that probably means a lot of joining and end weaving right?

  4. Love the little squares, I bet they're a real contrast to the puffs seeing as how you can make 10 of these in a day :-) Good project choice!

  5. Your blanket is going to look awesome. My hexipuffs are also taking a back seat, though I am learning to knit them and that is more enjoyable but the crochet ones are a lot of work. xx
