It's no secret that I'm a fan of Stacey of FreshStitches' patterns, so it shouldn't be a surprise to see another ami show up here! I was so excited to be chosen as a tester of her newest pattern, Choose Your Own Dragon Adventure. This is a really fun pattern, you get to choose how your final dragon looks!
I love how my dragon turned out, so cute and cuddly looking. The blue I used is Bernat Super Value Solids in peacock, I love this blue, it's so bright! The green is Impeccable Solids in soft fern and grass.
The Choose Your Own Dragon Adventure pattern isn't available until June 29th but you can pre-order now for a discounted price!
Mr. Dragon now belongs to my son. Crocheting for my kids is probably what I enjoy most about the craft, they're excited by everything that I make! If I could keep up with their requests, our house would probably be completely filled with crochet.
Good job on the dragon:)
ReplyDeleteWow den er super cool, and the Green and blue are lovely 2gether. Have a wonderful weekend and Thanks for the peak of the super cool dragon!
ReplyDeleteHe's adorable!!! Can't wait to get to make one! Congrats on getting chosen to be a tester for him!

"our house would probably be completely filled with crochet", now how would that be a bad thing?!? ;) great looking dragon!
ReplyDeleteThat guy's really cute (and not so tiny that it hurts the fingers, like with many other amigurumis)
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you know that I've nominated you for the Sunshine Award over at my blog (made-in-k-town.blogspot.com)
I don't know if you'd like to play along, but I really enjoy following your blog - even if I rarely take the time to write a comment :)
