I've tested a few patterns for Smoothfox before, Donna has got a lot of great crochet patterns! (even a few knit ones now as well) You can find all her patterns listed here on ravelry, there are a lot that are free.

The second I saw this blanket, I knew I wanted to make it. I sent her an email only a few minutes after it was posted. I had fun stitching every single stitch. I've never done a pineapple square before, I definitely want to do something else pineapple now, I just love the look! I wasn't sure about the white being in there before it was finished but I love it now. I didn't want to have to buy too much extra yarn, so that's why I added the white, I ended up have just enough of the grey and purple to get this finished.

I really would like to make another one, hopefully there's more than one baby girl born this year!
